Staying Fit As You Age by BCPL (Virtual)

Dr. Kimberlee Bethany Bonura discusses strategies and techniques to promote health and wellness as you age. We review exercise, stress management, and self-care to help you feel your best. Dress comfortably, as we practice chair yoga during the session. A Q&A session to follow. Registration closes one hour before the start of the program. A valid email address is needed at registration to send a Zoom link to the program 30 minutes before the scheduled start. Based on Dr. Bonura’s How to Stay Fit As You Age video series, available for free with your library card here.
