A class for young chefs and their parents to work together. This class introduces a wide range of Asian cooking techniques and tools as we will focus on the popular Cantonese style of cooking: Dim Sum. These are traditionally small bite-sized dishes featuring a range of meats, seafoods, and vegetables. We will learn to make: Shaomai (steamed pork dumplings in a thin wheat flour wrapper); Steamed Shrimp Dumplings; Vegetable Spring Rolls; and Fortune Cookies.
