Mama Deborah, the Afropella Griot and her “drummer boy” David Olawuyi will share in the African Oral Tradition with stories, songs and Djeme rhythms. Mama Deborah is a Master Storyteller, member of the Griots’ Circle of Maryland and the National Black Storytellers. Olawuyi is an accomplished African drummer that will move the hearts and souls of everyone that has the pleasure of listening to the powerful rhythms of the Djembe.
