Join us for some exercise while enjoying the sights and sounds of Lake Roland. Special guests will accompany us from time to time to relate the history of the area, enlighten us about the flora and fauna in the park, and point out interesting geographical or natural features along the way. The terrain is varied, but mostly flat with some hills. Hiking boots are recommended. Please bring water with you.
